Oral tradition is very important to our people. We communicate our knowledge, our spiritual beliefs, and our heritage through the many songs and stories that have been passed down through generations.

On the Centre’s main stage, oral tradition comes to life through original plays, and concerts of traditional and modern music.

Our Story Corner is a magical place for children. Set up like the inside of a cozy wigwam, children will delight in traditional Mi’kmaw stories, tales and legends.
